Upon completion of project within specified time frame (Time frame submitted during bidding) hired artist (bidder) would have to make arrangements of shipping/delivery according to their (buyer/investor and hired artist (bidder)) shipping/delivery plan.

The payments will be cleared out as their (buyer/investor and hired artist (bidder)) payment plan.

If hired artist (bidder) doesn’t deliver the project within specified time frame (Time frame submitted during bidding). On being notified about such an incident by buyer/investor a quire would be run into the matter. If hired artist (bidder) would be found neglect able and not abiding by terms of their chosen plans, his/her/their portfolio will be pulled down of the site and would be disavowed and considered fraud and non-serious. No further entries will be accepted from such artist or artists (bidder or bidders). His/Her name will be printed on the bad buyer/investor list.

Buyers and final hired bidder (artist) would have to choose a payment plan. They must notify yellowfactor with payment plan details and how it will work. The project starts according to payment plan and bid terms.

Hired artist (bidder) must provide the buyers/investor with previews if previews are insisted on. In case of a Local Client (city Limits) these previews can be held at bidders studio (work place). Incase of online (offshore) buyer/investor high resolution digital photo preview or web cam previews could be used.

The hired artist (bidder) must abide by terms of the time frame of the project as submitted on time of bidding and payment plan chosen.
