You need 20 exhibit images for an online exhibition.

We advertise an upcoming event 20 with a 20day head start on our poratl.

Are there any charges involved?
There are no participation charges involved. Exhibition is FREE.

How can I submit my work for online exhibitions?
You can upload your work or send us through courier or ask for a pick (pick option is only available for Lahore).

How can I upload and where?
Once we receive your join in request with upload preference we will email you the access for this utility.

Are there any charges involved if I ask for pick?
No, no charges are involved.

Can I sell my work online?
Yes, you can.

Is there any commission involved in sales?
If you accept our sales terms and prefer to use our sale facility then we deduct 10% as of sales facility charges, but if you prefer not to use sale facility you will not be charged for a single thing.

How can I price my work for online sale?
You can price you work any digit. We accept prices in rupees [PK] at work submission. Prices will be displayed both in $ US and RS [PK] on exhibition.

What are shipment charges?
The shipment charges vary country to country so we advise you to ask buyers to pay for any shipment charges that might be involved by checking mutually agreed/ available shipment service.
Online Portfolios and Online Thesis

What are set up charges?
The set up charges are the charges that you pay at the time of enrollment for any paid services. Set Up charges are paid just only once for creating your online presence with yellowfactor.com network.

What is a sponsored portfolio/thesis?
The sponsored portfolio/thesis is sponsored by available sponsors. In such a case yellowfactor.com requires minimal set up charges for over 4 year period for enrollment.
The person joining for a sponsored portfolio doesn’t have to pay any thing extra with in these 4 years.
All of your benefits are paid by sponsored at the time of as soon as your site gets online.

Do I need to pay any more then 2000-RS?
No, in sponsored portfolios/thesis you don’t have to pay any thing more then 2000RS. This amount will be paid at start while joining us. There will be no more payments to make in 4 years.

What if I can’t pay 2000Rs at moment?
As by terms and conditions every one must pay set up charges to use any service that requires set up charges. Yellowfactor can provide you an opportunity to pay in installment i.e. 1000Rs at first year and 1000Rs at the start of 2nd year.

What if I don’t pay for 2nd year?
Work portfolio will be suspended and pull downed to create room for some one else and no further entries will be expected from you in future.

I am on financial aid and can’t pay 2000-Rs at all?
Provide us with an authentic school/college/university letter on official Letter head paper signed by your concerned officer along with 6 images of your work you think best.
This letter must carry this information.

By terms and conditions yellowfactor will provide you with an online portfolio for 1 year sponsorship for free.

Can I sell my work on my own from portfolios/thesis?
Yes, you can market your portfolios/thesis if you want to.
If you want to sell something on your own you can do that. Deduction on sales might be made if you use yellowfactor sales office as terms and conditions otherwise nothing is charged or deducted.

How much time it take to be on top search pages?
If you are using paid marketing services it takes about 3-4 months but if you are not using any paid marketing service it takes 7-12 months.

What are sponsored ads?
The sponsored ads are allocated as per term and conditions to each member. These sponsored ads can be designed by member and submitted to yellowfactor. These are paid ads and yellowfactor.com covers its cost through sponsorships.

Who do I pay set up charges?
Set up Charges can be paid to the yellowfactor.com representative or can be directly deposited at the designated account number.
In case you chose to pay yellowfactor.com representative, you will receive an email with cell/phone number for the representative and confirmation officer
(dont give out your funds to any one with out such an email or with out confirmation). Always call on provided number number for confirmation.
Representative must give you the original bank deposit receipt once he make deposit.
You must get his phone number and ID card copy crossed saying he’s taking money from you. You have to give him back ID card copy when he gives you receipt.
The deposit will be made in your name. After getting bank deposit receipt copy you must call on provided cell/phone number(in email) and provide bank deposit receipt number and the name of yellowfactor.com representative who reach you.

How long does it take to upload portfolio/thesis?
Theses will be uploaded within 48 hours once we confirm the deposit by you, yellowfactor.com representative and bank. Confirmation process takes approx: 2 hours.

Who do I provide my portfolio/thesis/exhibitions images?
You can send images in email as attachment on concerned emails.
OR
you can drop your portfolio/thesis/exhibitions images with any yellowfactor.com representative near you or a yellowfactor.com representative can reach you at your school/college/university.

What is free maintenance?
Any problem occurred on site will be checked and corrected by our server providers or our technical team. As our servers and technical team is in America so It might take 24 hours max or less.

What is free advertising and marketing?
Online marketing keep you on top. More people see your ads and click for your works. The charges for marketing will be covered by sponsors.

Can I use my own web design or template?
Sure you can but not for first 2 years year. The template available is especially designed for your work to be easily rated on top search engines and to minimize download time. You can choose your back ground color and categories according to your work samples.

You can have yourname@yellowfactor.com or can use your own present email. The provided email can be opened in out look express.

What is free listing on yahoo, Google and msn?
There are several methods to list on search engines. IT can be free or paid. Yellowfactor.com uses paid method but the cost of it is covered by sponsor.

What is fee online sales membership?
You can perform online sales with out having to pay anything.

The email is necessary because we need to verify the information sent to us using submission form to keep track and record.

What if I don’t give my correct email?
The notification email will be sent to you on the email provided by you. If you use a fake or nonfunctional email you might not get our verification email. This will clearly result in rejection of your submitted site.

How do I know if my site has been listed?
We will send you an email with in 24hours to verify the information provided to us on submission form.
After you verify this information you will receive another email on the submission status.

Why has my site not been accepted for submission?
Please make sure the site that you submitted goes with our submission rules/policy.
